Consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby give my consent to the company V.M. INVEST LLC, with its registered office on 8020 EXCELSIOR DR. SUITE 200, MADISON, WI 53717, USA, Entity ID: VO31116,  (hereinafter the “Administrator”), within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC processed the following personal data:  

 

E-mail address, telephone number, name and surname, IP address, cookies, company name, ID number

 

for the purpose of

• sending business messages, newsletters, advertising materials, direct sales, market research and direct product offers by the Administrator and third parties

• sending information about events organized by the Administrator and its activities

• purposes of analyzes of personal data of customers enabling in particular direct addressing of specific customers and certain groups of customers (so-called direct mailing)

• use of cookies for the purposes of analysis and optimization of performance, social media and advertising (consent to inclusion in the marketing audience)

• processing of personal data in the framework of research and analysis

• beyond the scope of such communications, which the Administrator is entitled to send on the basis of a legal title other than consent, for a period of 10 years.

 

LESSONS LEARNED BY THE DATA SUBJECT

 

The controller hereby informs, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter the “Regulation”) that:

• personal data will be processed on the basis of his free consent, under the above conditions,

• the reason for providing personal data is the interest of the data subject in sending commercial offers and communications of the Administrator beyond sending such communications, which the Administrator is entitled to send on the basis of a legal title other than consent, which would not be possible without providing such data,

• there will be no automated decision-making or profiling during the processing of personal data of the Data Subject,

• the data subject has the right to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at office@vm-invest.com at any time, the right to request access to his personal data from the Administrator, their correction or deletion, or restrictions on processing, and to object to the processing, has the right to portability of such data to another controller, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, if it considers that the controller is acting in violation of the Regulation when processing personal data.
